I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of Him.--1 Samuel 1:27

I'm pretty sure Love thy Enemy strongly implies not killing them.

Back from Florida

I got home last night from Florida. I went to visit my Dad by myself. I missed the kids, but it was so very nice to have some free time!

Christmas Elves

Have you been naughty or nice? Or, as we say in our house... Are you making good choices?

Christmas Tea at Shakertown

One of my favorite Christmas traditions - Tea at Shakertown with my girlfriends from work, and of course, Ella.
And yes, this is the dress she wore last Christmas. She's grown as big as she is going to get!

She is the most beautiful child I have ever seen! Look at this smile!

Watch Out, Michael Jordan!

Check out my cousins. They are really tall. Thomas plays baseball for U of L. Ella is actually scared of him. Just look at her size compared to his. His nephew, Jonathan, is one month older than Myles. And the size difference between the two of them is huge, as well. Let's just say that neither of my kids are going to grow up to be basketball players... Or are they?Ella started basketball practice last week. Her teacher's name is Mrs. Melissa and she is the sweetest. There are four of five boys on the team --- and then there is Ella.

I love this picture, "You must be this tall to ride this ride."
